Adventure Camp 2025

Be the first to experience this unique High Adventure Program called "Adventure Camp" at Camp Bud Schiele this summer!

Adventure Camp is a hybrid summer camp experience that allows scouts to camp in a different area of Camp Bud Schiele with one overnight off-site camp.  Scouts will experience team building, climbing, ropes courses, whitewater, caving and blackpowder.

Scouts will arrive Sunday with their troop and follow the normal check-in procedures with the health officer and experience the Sunday night campfire.  After the campfire, scouts will go to Adventure Camp base that will be located on our property.

• Monday- Gardner Webb Broyhill Adventure Course Experience
• Tuesday-Whorley's  Rock Dimensions Caving Experience
• Wednesday-Nantahala Water and Ropes Experience and Overnight Camping.
• Thursday-Nantahala - Mountain Bike Experience 1/2 Day - Range & Target Activities @ CBS, evening celebration
• Friday- Highland Games and Evening Campfire (Scouts will camp with their troop)
• Saturday-Departure

The maxium amount of youth for each week will be 13 with 2 adult staff.  Depending on transportation that count could be extened.
A scout's age will be taken into account and a final acceptance will be given to the troop by April 1.
